Personal training is €40* for 1 hour or €35* for 45mins.
It can often be great motivation to undertake a training programme with a friend. Before we begin we’ll discuss everyone’s goals and I’ll develop a tailored plan and help all participants achieve their aims, whether it be fat loss, improved fitness, increased strength, etc.
Personal training with a friend is €25* each for 1 hour or €20* each for 45mins.
At Boost My Image BMI each Holistic massage treatment is specifically tailored to each client. As a qualified practitioner, Lisa treats each client as a whole, considering their emotional and spiritual wellbeing, as well as their physical body.
A wide range of massage techniques will be used, depending on the client, which range from subtle energy work to deep tissue methods; from dynamic mobilisations to gentle holds. Flexibility in application is paramount since appropriateness is determined by the client's needs.
Holistic message is €40* for a 1 hour session.
